This week we’re talking about challenging gender bias in the workplace. We’re joined by our Director of Governance, Legal and Risk, Gemma Burton-Connolly, and guest Kate Henderson. Kate is Chief Executive of the National Housing Federation and a leading voice in the sector for gender equality, steering the NHF’s work in championing inclusivity in housing.
Inspired by the theme of this year’s International Women’s Day, Choose to Challenge, today’s episode is about understanding the experiences of women and why we need to continue to challenge gender bias if and when it happens at work.
